Rank Surge provides digital services including Web Design & Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, and related solutions. All services are delivered based on agreed packages or custom proposals.

2. Domain & Hosting Policy

  • We offer free domain and hosting for the first year only with selected website packages.
  • This offer does not include renewal costs.
  • After the first year, clients are responsible for all renewal fees (domain and hosting).
  • If a client already owns a domain and hosting, Rank Surge will not cover or manage any renewal costs.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 60% upfront payment of the total project cost is required before work begins.
  • The remaining 40% payment is due upon project completion.
  • Work will not commence until the initial payment is received.
  • Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is completed.

5. Project Timeline & Delivery

  • Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission, approvals, or feedback) may affect delivery timelines.
  • Rank Surge will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.

6. SEO & Social Media Marketing Results

  • SEO and Social Media Marketing are long-term strategies.
  • Measurable and meaningful results typically require a minimum of 90 days from the start of the campaign.
  • Rank Surge does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all required content, access, and information in a timely manner.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all provided materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Prohibited Industries

Rank Surge does not provide services to businesses related to the pornographic or adult content industry. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services that violate this policy.

9. Revisions & Changes

  • A reasonable number of revisions may be included depending on the selected package.
  • Excessive revisions or major changes outside the initial scope may incur additional charges.

10. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • Any work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly.
  • Upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rank Surge shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
